Decisions decisions

This is the first time I apply for a job within the same organization. This is not a common thing where I come from, even if it is a large place. The workplace culture over there would not allow it. But where I currently, work people move roles very easily and all the time.

Recently I decided to change roles and move on, mainly because the team has had many changes recently including people and the dynamic is not so great anymore. Even though I did extremely well last year and was recognized for it, but I was tired by the end of the year.

It feels so weird to be applying for jobs and to tell my team meh I’ve just had enough, you know? I have an interview tomorrow which I am taking from the office, invite was sent to my work email. This is weird lol.

I feel in doubt to take this step because I built good reputation within the team over the past years, but I think the same every time I make a move, and being a superior potato, any team would wish to have potato 🥔😚
