So I am learning how to swim, but sometimes I get muscle cramps in my feet when I move them fast in water. What is the potato solution to that? 🥔🥺💔

Do humans get that too? 🥔🥴

Eat bananas and drink water. Potassium and hydration. Ironically, you should be a source of potassium.

@RosaMarie It does not work that way for potatoes oaky 🥔😡 we don’t eat potatoes!

I can attest I am often dehydrated! Didn’t know it causes that.

Stretch your feet by rolling forward while standing, eat bananas, hydrate well..
Maybe some extra magnesium beforehand?

Put them on my lap and you get a massage.
