Potato achievements
I suffer stress and anxiety, and I think its been draining my energy. I’ve been working on it though and trying to get active and I think I’ve been making slight progress.
Today though, I’ve been so energetic, I have been on my feet all day like literally, finishing off so many chores and the biggest one was getting the condo cleaned an organized especially that last weekend I spent it at my BF’s so I did not have the chance to clean and the week been crazy busy ..
It was a mess, which also drags the energy down, and while I did not finish everything I wanted today because it was a HUGE mess, I finished such a great deal, especially that I was out for a good number of hours, for like over four hours, shopping and going to an appointment.
I love it when my kitchen and fridge are clean and organized, living room and bedroom too but still need some work.
Today I took a new type of Ashwagandha in the morning which helps with stress and anxiety. I really wonder if becoming so active like this had to do with it. It only crossed my mind now after the day has gone by, so it could not have been a placebo effect. I do hope that it had a positive impact, that means that I found a good solution.
Tomorrow my BF will come and put together the couch and this is a big step as I will finally be able to watch TV in the living room and have a separate space for food apart from hanging out. It is good to have that space occupied with the couch because it is easy to get messy when you have empty spaces.
I haven’t seen my BF in a week, because he’s been working crazy hours and his car broke down. Tomorrow should be fun, planning to get drunk and have fun especially that Monday I have a full day training and I opted to have it from home, so it should be a light day at work.
Now potato is tired and will go to potato bed and take potato melatonin to sleep soundly 🥔🥴
