Potato cook

I discovered today that I eat half the food while cooking and then I wonder why I always feel full after cooking lol

I cook wearing a mask because I am having a skin condition these days were my face easily gets irritated of heat or spices in the air.. It is only then when I realised that I eat a lot while cooking lol. I was so inconvenienced every-time I wanted to taste something and my mouth wasn't accessible ! But it happened way too many times while cooking, I was like wtf, why don't I have my lunch while cooking in the kitchen 🥔🥴
