I order a pizza on sunday and I accidently tap carryout. Afterwards I called and change it to delivery

Pizza Hut used Door Dash to deliver but my food never got here. I called on Monday to see if they were going to refund me. I still don't know if they put money on my card. Should I tell Pizza Hut to tell the door dash driver to send pictures of the food? being deliver to my house?
