I ate a whole box of pizza and wings in one sitting

I just ate a whole box of large pizza and wings and I don't feel well. All that sodium made me so thirsty I chugged a bunch of water after drinking a can of la croix and instantly I could feel my stomach expand. I genuinely feel like my stomach is about to implode. I definitely over did it
