@CountScrofula sometime make a turkey carcass soup, then take your leftover potatoes and stuffing and mix an egg jntk each. Make little patties and put a little cran sauce in the middle. Than make that intk a ball. When you drop them in the cooking aoup it makes these makes little dumplings.
