Do you folks not have broilers or a broil setting on your oven? I could get upto a backend 600°f if I wanted to in the oven broiler. The space is that small.
It's how I make grilled cheese sandwiches even.
Oh that's such a good system. Here I am like an idiot just leaving the oven at 500 with the stone in it for half an hour.
