@swirlie Eh not really, it's quite rich in salt and fats compared to common bread. Also you'd have to opt for a "red pizzas" (tomato only, without any cheese altogether). At that point I'll eat something else.
Either way there's people in this country who lived to 110+ eating this sort of stuff, that's fine by me even if I won't live that long lol

@swirlie With common bread I mean bread made for the sake of making bread lol. Pizza dough isn't the same thing. It's way saltier and has way more oil.
If you make it like "common bread" it isn't pizza anymore. Just like slapping a beef pat in between two slices of toast won't get you a hamburger

@Younameit It is. Unfortunately however this pizzeria no longer make them as good; the dough has become much drier and more "industrial" tasting last time I went, the cheese isn't as much nor it is spread (they put a single burrata in the center, which is prettier to see I guess but overall you get less), and on top of everything they charge €17 instead of the initial €12/13 (which is already high per our standards, but so long as it was good I had no problems with it lol)
