No one can tell me what to eat

I am 44. I am a skinny bean pole who can't gain weight because of a medical condition that I was born with. Ordered by doctor to eat pizza everyday. So I eat 10 or more slices of pizza everyday because it is what I need. Not changing what I eat and no one can tell me otherwise.
