Meatball largely depend on the spices put in it, I've had way too many meatballs with no spices and just plain. But a meatball can be amazing when made right.

Mmmm Buffalo chicken ... though I have found Buffalo sauces to be too inconsistent from one restaurant to another, so really they need to be tried first, but a good one can be great :D
