i did, i learned a trick: apply rolled out dough to floured pan, gently press into shape, & bake until golden. take it out of oven, let cool 1 min, add all your toppings, and bake again, both times on high heat convection.

Home ovens don't get hot enough, you need to turn it up as hot as it'll go and let it heat for a half hour at least
