sugar is kinda problematic, refined sugar in pop and soda....and in processed foods, fat is the real issue...and many cannot understand this. so they focus on sugar, and nothing changes, many studies have been done with reversing diabetes using a low fat plant based diet/lifestyle..once all animal fat is removed from the diet , and consequently the blood, then the insulin becomes effective, the blood sugar is taken to the receptor sites to be dispersed......we are told by the medical people if we are diabetic, to "don't eat fruit" no sugar!! because they do not offer solutions, just fixes, they treat the problem, yhey do not solve it....do not get to the core, and remove it....so if you wanna stay overweight, just look out for the sugar.....forget the animal fat....
