Dude I used to buy Uncle Ben's Spanish rice. The boys loved it.

One time I told them we were going to have it but found out at the last minute that I didn't have any.
So I figured it was just rice with red chili's and some other stuff so I made my own.
The oldest took a few bites and asked " Were they out of the good stuff?"
The youngest said " Oh god this is horrible." LOL
Then, since everyone laughing must have left some doubt he had to repeat it. LOL.
I got mad and told them "Fine don't eat it.".
They both jumped up and throw their away. LOL

You say she likes jalapenos. Well just add them to it. That should overpower whatever she doesn't like anyway. If it doesn't work, try habanero.

She'll grow out of it my nephew was a really picky eater too all he would eat was chicken nuggets and junk food.

I don't think I woulda liked chicken Alfredo when I was a kid though it sounds great now.
