What's for breakfast?

I made pancakes - apples pureed and used instead of an egg for the batter and of course, Maple syrup. Delicious! I don't often make pancakes, and when I do, I make half a recipe and then make just two large pancakes. One for immediate consumption and one I put in the fridge for tomorrow's breakfast.

Looks really yummy!

I'm making bungeoppang this morning. Stuffed with Nutella, and pureed banana in the batter.

I use apples often as a substitute for eggs too. Really yummy.

@Scribbles Do you have the fish-shaped pan? Many moons ago I had this in Japan, but it wasn't the Korean style with the fish shape, just an oval-shaped treat. Didn't much like the bean paste, but the Nutella and pureed banana sounds yummy.

@Ontheroad I do have the fish pan. :)

My mother in law bought me one when I expressed an interest in it when she made some for us for breakfast during a visit. Apparently, She used to make them all the time for my husband. I wanted to make them for my husband too and for any kids we have.
