What's for breakfast?

I made pancakes - apples pureed and used instead of an egg for the batter and of course, Maple syrup. Delicious! I don't often make pancakes, and when I do, I make half a recipe and then make just two large pancakes. One for immediate consumption and one I put in the fridge for tomorrow's breakfast.

I had a bowl of spoon sized shredded wheat with almond milk and banana slices. Also, I had one Applegate's Natural Chicken & Sage Sausage Patty as well. :)
