Random thought

Last night I was in the gym for an hour trying not to die and then yoga for an hour wondering why I tried so hard not to die at the gym. This morning I'm doing coffee. Lots of coffee.

If your goal is to get into cardio shape as well , the caffeine has to go! Yes I said it!
Caffeine limits your cardiac output (CO) by affecting the stroke volume of your heart ...the amount of blood your heart can pump out in a single heart beat... by making the heart muscle more rigid and less stretchable. CO= SV ( stroke volume ) X HR (heart rate). So your heart rate will go up to compensate for the deminished stroke volume. Sorry for the physiology lesson ... is getting in shape that important ? Hahahahaha

Can't we have a world where both coexist nicely? I'm in the gym daily. I tend to get moody when life gets in the way and I miss a day lol

I have never had a sip of coffee ... ever ... but I do drink iced te
