I never fry them. I make them and they bathe in the sauce.

@soar2newhighs I tried that once, and they fell apart in the sauce. I ended up with meat sauce.

@4meAndyou I never had that happen. I would think that the ingredients and how well they’re compressed into a ball shape might make a difference to their holding up or falling apart.
