I had steak on the grill yesterday, but i only use the smoker in warm weather, with my smoker it's hard to keep the heat in cold weather.

. I have Weber kettle grill. So I start the ribs in the oven then smoke and brown on the grill for an hour.

I love doing a mixed grill of meats and veggies too.
Smoking meat is sooooo hard. It takes a giant sized paper just to roll it. It is hard to light....keeps going out. Pain in the butt.

Does anyone know how to get crispy chicken wings in a smoker. Mine arent rubbery but not crisp. They do taste good

Look into a Yoder 480 pellet grill … it won’t let you down and my oh my 😁
