I thought I would do myself a healthy fry up with sausages cooked in the oven, fried eggs with some Frylite oil spray my gf insists on using, and grilled bacon which I never actually got around to making, but the metal tray I put the sausages on was on top of a plastic tray and I ?? She isn't even home yet.
@smileylovesgaming The plastic welded itself to the rack so I had to buy another one. I will pay more attention next time. Either that or just fry everything.

Cooking rookies, folks. I'm not even good enough to be an amateur home chef and even I know to not use plastic in hot things.
@Mamapolo2016 My ex (drinking) had a little kitchen accident to the tune of $8000 damage 20 years ago - and burned his hands badly in the process. It can always be worse.
