What do you think of the infamous McDonald’s “no quit policy”?

Where apparently they don’t allow a worker to quit until they’ve spoken to a manager or regional supervisor.

I`ve never heard of this. I`ll tell you if I worked there and wanted to quit I`d be out the door.
