What do you think of the infamous McDonald’s “no quit policy”?

Where apparently they don’t allow a worker to quit until they’ve spoken to a manager or regional supervisor.

As a former food service manager I think it's stupid, if they wanted to walk off, I'd let them, it opened up the spot for someone who actually wants to work.
