This is exactly what I would order at MacDonalds:

3 Double quarter pounders with cheese

2 filet fish

2 Big Macs

3 large fries

XL Coca Cola.

20 piece chicken McNuggets.

A vanilla ice cream with cone

2 oreo McFlurries.

And box of chocolate chip cookies
