People are finally fed up enough with tipping culture that it's in the news.

It’s crazy when they charge the server to add to the tip pool. A percentage of their sales goes into that tip pool for the rest of the staff.

I always tip at restaurants like that because I feel bad if they lose money to serve me but that shouldn’t be how it is.
