Does spicy food hurt your stomach?

Not just spicy food

If it is hot spicy it sure does. Had to stop using Sriracha. Stomach inflammation is no joke.

Very rarely. Seems like only when I eat excessively spicy foods. For example, just recently I had a pizza with bell peppers, jalapenos and cayenne pepper stirred into the sauce and while it was delicious, it did kinda hurt a little. But not too. I feel I've had enough spicy food over the years, that I've developed an immunity to most of it.
