I checked my freezer and I totally forgot that I've bought mutton three weeks ago! It's been a while since I cooked mutton, so I did mutton rendang. I made a mistake of cutting the meat in small chunks, but it's there somewhere. Hope you can see it😬
This better be worth it as the clumsy me opened the lid and a small chunk of blended onion went straight into my eye. Yeap, fun times 😵
To cool off from the heat, I also made cucumber raita with diced onion and mint
And since I don't like to waste, I blended the cucumber skin and seeds and did a cucumber facial😋 Looks like algae in here
Overseas food. I know must be totally normal but sounds so foreign sometimes to an American like me. Mutton I only hear in old fashioned nursery rhymes. But everything looks well put together.
