My grandma makes the best lentil curry. She passed away when I was 7 and I had a vague memory of her. But one thing is vivid - the smell and taste of her lentil curry. I'm trying my best to get the same taste, but it feels like it lacks an ingredient.. or two. Maybe it's the cooking from her own hands.

@HannibalAteMeOut This is a Southern Indian style of cooking. I've seen like really thick ones but I prefer curry. Reason being, I could keep it a lil longer 😆
