The kind of honey that I had was from those little desert bushes on the blad. There were always swarms of honeybees on those flowers collecting the nectar for honey. That honey was really thick, dark and color and had almost a caramel flavor to it.

If it has eucalyptus then it's partly Australian honey! ;) All eucalyptus originated in Australia, with a few in PNG & Indonesia. It's our most ubiquitous export I think.
