@Boeing I do 1 cup white vineger and 1 cup water

@robingoodfellow thank you:) nothing else? do you boil them together? is the water tap water... any other thing I need to know?

@Boeing boil them together with a tablespoon of sugar and a teaspoon of salt.

Let cool a little

In a jar add some peppercorns, a few cloves of garlic, some fresh dill and the carrots. Pour the water/vinegar mixture into the jar, cover and put it in the fridge for 24 hours.

Then eat 🙂

@Jenny1234 up to 4 weeks refridgerated. They say if the brine becomes cloudy it's time to toss them.
