Any fresh salad is good for gut health. Do your body a favour and treat it to frequent fresh salad greens.

@novaguy2u I do, but these are my favorite. I also cook shredded Brussels sprouts.

@bijouxbroussard I always have, even as a child (unusual, I know). The secret is to cook them "just so". overcook them and they lose their texture, but more importantly their sweetness. I prefer them cooked in the round. I've never had them shredded (why would you shred them?).

@novaguy2u I like them that way. I prepare them as I do shredded cabbage.

@bijouxbroussard Different strokes for different folks I guess. I've never liked cooked cabbage, and prefer it in salads or coleslaw. I prefer my sprouts whole and in the round, sweet and just slightly crunchy.
