Something I Haven't made in a Bit

sent Alan to the meat and supermarkets. He did good. my sauce is simmering and braciole is in the fridge. a nice dinner while watching football today

@BillyMack Braciole, thin sliced flank steak stuffed with breadcrumbs, pine nuts and garlic. browned then simmered in sauce until it's nice and tender. not for tailgating but perfect for sitting in front of the TV. a salad, crusty bread and red wine
