Maybe I'll do better at baking it, than I've been at trying to duplicate the lacy edged fried cornbread my mom made...along with the big pot of pinto beans.
@Piper I’m going on a grocery run tomorrow, but tonight I have no eggs. However, I liked the way it tasted enough that I may just continue preparing it this way. 😊
