More experimentation with my new oven…

I made a "pan cake". Buttermilk pancake batter, vanilla, walnuts. My brother helped me eat it. He stopped by this morning before heading to work.

He first asked, "What is that ?" when he saw it.

"You don’t want any ?" I asked.

"Now I didn’t say that," He replied. "just identification. I’m sure it’s good." 😄
