Looks very tasty. Is peanut sauce the same as Satay sauce? I remember having beef satay at a restaurant and it had a peanut flavour.

@meggie Yes, in this case it is. The sauce includes coconut milk, lemongrass and other spices. I also added roasted peanuts.
