I mostly make apple cake, but have a pile of rhubarb to use up and may try to make a rhubarb upside down cake as I love rhubarb but never thought of using it in a cake before.

@Anniedlr I have to laugh at myself. At first, I did not interpret "followed by" as a ranking. I thought you were saying that your favorite cake was a combination: have a piece of the first, followed by a piece of the second! I was prepared to respond, "I like the way you think!" 😅
@Anniedlr I figured it out when I realized that the picture I had formed in my mind did not fit how I imagined a professional model would manage her diet! 😅
