I mostly make apple cake, but have a pile of rhubarb to use up and may try to make a rhubarb upside down cake as I love rhubarb but never thought of using it in a cake before.

Wow,never seen a rhubarb cake like that. Love a rhubarb crumble with hot custard. Although my mum would trick me as a kid and tell me it was apple crumble 😲.. As for a favourite cake..I love all cakes,simples!!!
