Those would be a dozen sourdough discard raspberry orange muffins just out of the oven... okay, a dozen minus one😜

I don't think ive ever had a sourdough muffin🤔

@OogieBoogie I was searching for sourdough discard recipes and found a few that sounded good, so I combined different parts of three vegan muffin recipes and came up with these.

I was a bit hesitant, but they came out perfect!

I'll save you one... and a slab of butter😁

@OogieBoogie but I did... I'm maticulous with recording my crazy baker experiments. Only once in a while do they turn out good, but I scribble down each change.
