Those would be a dozen sourdough discard raspberry orange muffins just out of the oven... okay, a dozen minus one😜

@Notsimilarreally these, if I do say so myself, may be the best muffins I've ever tasted. As a topper, I added a liberal sprinkling of cane sugar that has a nice molasses flavor to add to the overall yumminess of the muffins.

I am giving away most of them or I'll end up eating all of them🤣

Oh, and they are vegan... you'd never know it.

@Ontheroad why am I not your neighbor?! I believe they are amazing! I worked at a bakery in Petaluma for a while, the gluten free muffins were the BEST. Which surprised everyone. You'd never know they were sans gluten : )

@Notsimilarreally gluten free are difficult. Too often they are dry and for want of a better wrd, like eating sand🤪

@Ontheroad ours always included big chunks of fruit. Probably helped with the moisture
