Do you make your own mashed potatoes? 🤤

If yes: How do you make it?
If no: Why not?

Context: I'm currently eating a bit of mashed potatoes that I made with a dash of garlic butter, with gravy, lingonberry jam and meatballs

best way bake the potatoes in their skins
peel them and put them in a ricer
bu baking them you arent adding any more moisture likr yiu do when boiling or steaming them

once they are riced in the bowl add cream and butter to fluff them up and salt and pepper to season
simple but tasty
