Who wants some???

My kids and I went out and picked rhubarb and then we came home and made a rhubarb crisp.

I would share with you all if I could. I cut up and cleaned the rest of the rhubarb and now my hands are aching, stupid arthritis.

It was worth it though. I also love making rhubarb custard pie but I make home made pastry and that was just too much for my hands today.

Who wants some 💗

I think we call that a crumble in the UK. Looks good. I've not had rhubarb in a long while. I like cooking an apple crumble though.
