@veridane79 Do you figure that chef you plan to hire was born with experience? You only get experience by doing. Trial and error. Try new recipes. Tweak them a little. Try again. Make up something in your head, then look up what spices and herbs go with the combination of foods you want to blend. Leave out any flavour you don't like, add a touch more of what you do like. Cook it. Eat it. Decide what's right about it and what isn't, then you try again.
