A list of the most pesticide laden vegetables and fruits in the supermarkets

I just operate under the impression that all fruits and vegetables have pesticides on them, and wash them thoroughly.

Thanks for this information.They should ban ALL pesticides.

This is more about expensive food as opposed to cheap food.

There no way you're going to wash off the chemicals. The chemicals are deep in the food. Heck GMO food creates the darn chemicals.

I dare you to wash off micro plastics out of any of that. Organically grown or not! It's in the plant itself. Not just on it.

So the message here is stay away from fruit and vegetables?

Root vegetables are the worst...They soak up the pesticides, herbicides, and whatever the farmers decide to use.

BUT THE CARCINOGENS ARE THE BEST PART!

Gotta go organic with the thin-skinned ones
