A new Aussie variety.... Taste is supposed to be great.. With the added advantage of coming in around 1.3 kg each and, ta dah, don't go brown for several days after being cut ......

I bet that would work . Avocados can provide creaminess as an alternative to butter. I once had brownies which used crushed canned white beans, and they were delicious.

@DrWatson i also made a chocolate black bean cake

And a white cake with chick peas and lemon

As for the chocolate cake i used a chocolate cake mix and i had a 2 lb bag of avocado that i used fir both the cake and icing .. i used it both in the cake mix instead of oil and also in the icing but i added more brown sugar and coco powder to it.. most of my cakes are one offs i dont follow or save a recipe ..
