What we thought of vegetables when we were kids

@NativePortlander1970 I planted a nice size garden and my daughter loved all veggies except for hot peppers. I made her a mini garden when she was 3 and planted petite marigolds all around the edge and there were no bugs on any plant in that garden

@cherokeepatti That was such a sweet and loving thing for a mother to do. 👏 🙂

@NoGamesTolerated I think it helped her to appreciate veggies more and encouraged her to try more.
