Which vegetables will you NEVER eat again or even for the first time?

@NativePortlander1970 do you know why that is? Like why you're allergic when it's cooked vs raw?

@iamnikki Cooking always changes molecular and chemical structures with food, often times for the better, many times for the worse.

@NativePortlander1970 well yea, I know it changes the foods and often cooking it cooks away the nutrients. I was just wondering how it leads to allergy. Guess that was explanation enough 😬
