Do you like vegetables and would you eat them?

I love veggies...but can't eat everything raw as I once could. I still love a Greek salad, and baby spinach with bleu cheese and slivers of leftover steak.

I can eat almost any vegetable that's cooked, and I like ALL of them except arugula.

@4meAndyou Neither can I, I have to have them cooked unless it's celery. I can eat that raw, but I don't get it very often.

@ClassicRocker I can still eat a salad with iceberg lettuce and carrot shreds, with goat cheese and a couple of Kalamata olives, but I can't eat a lot of it.

@4meAndyou Raw in a salad with.maple syrup ,Straw berries and a tiny bit of vinegar,topped with sunflower seeds. Thats my favorite salad.

@Eddiesolds Never had maple syrup on spinach before...but I do have some of the real maple syrup, and I have spinach...and strawberries in the freezer. 🤔 Hmmm. I might have to try that!!!

@4meAndyou I mix it in with the vinegar. Then its not so thick and smoothered in it.Its so good.I think its more of a summertime salad. I hope you try it. You might like it! Lol!
