Stoked to see someone here mention palm oil. Virgin forests throughout Asia are being burned to the ground to plant palm. Entire ecosystems are being destroyed for creams and soaps. It's truly an environmental disaster that very few people are even aware of.
So high five for being aware.

Palm oil is used in everything! Even to make pastry! Sweets and shampoo!

@beHealy Yes. And there needs to be way more focus on growing it sustainably and/or eliminating it when it's not necessary. It's hugely destructive.

out of 10 trees , 5 will not grow at all, planting good quality tree is quite expensive and we cut more trees than ever.
