Fries made at home are the best. I donāt ever reuse oil if I fry them and will use something like avocado oil. Also make baked fries that are lightly coated in olive oil and salted that are good. Deep-fried foods from restaurants causes free-radical damage to DNA causing it to unravel. I believe the waffle fries at Chick Fil A are air-baked.
