how do you cut down on salt

i know too much salt is not good for me, but i enjoy on a lot of my food, like fish, chips and peas and other things i like, so it's a bit addictive.

Cook your food from scratch rather than buying ready meals. You can also buy low sodium salt, It more or less tastes the same but it's healthier.

@PatientlyWaiting25 i've seen low sodium salt in the supermarket, ialso, i don't have ready meals, i cook food, things i can easily do like baking breaded haddock or cod, which i like, then heating garden peas on the hob or sometimes, marrowfat peas.

it takes three weeks to get used to not eating salt. Some foods have salt naturally.
