Don't know if it's better, but the best Fish and Chips I've ever had was on Fisherman's Warf in San Francisco, California.
You could taste the freshness of the freshly caught fish, and it was cooked in a barrel right there on the Warf.

@calicuz San Francisco used to be a beautiful city. I know because I was there before it was ruined by leftist policies...homeless everywhere now, needles in the streets, poo maps...Ieftist policies have ruined the place. A homeless man actually took a dump in Nancy Pelosi's drive way.
